There is no sales tax if your purchase is being shipped outside of New York State.
Orders are only shipped Monday thru Friday via UPS Ground Service and generally within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Shipping time is 1 to 5 days, depending on your proximity to New York. Express shipping is available for an extra charge.
Refused Shipments:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.tintsofnatureusa.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges incurred in sending the package to you, plus the cost, if any, of returning the package to the shipper. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping restrictions:
We use UPS for shipping and accept orders only from the 48 contiguous States plus Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also accept orders from Canada. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Returns may be made for any reason with 14 days of receipt.
Please request a RA (Return Authorization) by clicking here and filling in the required information. You will receive you RA# within 48 hours via email. Please be sure your RA# is outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Please make sure to put your name, address and phone number along with a copy of your receipt and credit card number with expiration date, in with your returned item to insure proper credit.
